Return and Refund Policy for Uniq

At Uniq, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting the interests of our valued customers and our brand.

Eligibility for Return and Refund:

  1. Defective Items Only: Returns and refunds are applicable exclusively for defective items. If you receive a defective product, you are eligible to initiate a return or refund request.

  2. Video Proof Requirement: To process a return or refund, a clear and uninterrupted video of the unboxing and inspection of the item must be provided. This video serves as evidence to confirm the defect.

Conditions for Refund and Return:

  1. No Refunds for Customer Errors: Refunds or replacements are not applicable if the wrong size or colour is ordered by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct size and colour are selected at the time of purchase.

  2. Flawless Return Process: Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Items failing to meet these criteria will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Procedure for Return and Refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item to report the defect and provide the required video proof.
  2. Upon approval of your claim, detailed instructions for returning the product will be shared.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (if applicable).

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to reject return or refund claims that do not comply with our policy.
